BDC 9750 is a two-component, high-solids polyaspartic polyurea from BDC Epoxy Systems. Its extra working time, UV resistance, mar resistance and chemical resistance make it a strong clear topcoat over decorative chips, metallics and solid color epoxy, where it gives a smooth, glassy gloss finish.
Clear 9750 mixes 1:1 by volume with a mechanical mixer (no thinning). It has about a 30-minute pot life at 75°F, with roughly 20 minutes of working time before it starts to tack. Coverage is 225 to 300 sq ft per gallon on smooth surfaces and 175 to 250 on rough surfaces, at 4 to 7 dry mils per coat. Re-coat between 4 and 24 hours; walk on after 18 hours and drive on after 72 hours. Apply between 50 and 90°F on concrete cured at least 28 days.
