8104 CrownSeal is a single-component, solvent-based ceramic clear coating designed to protect concrete and coated floors with a durable, UV-stable finish. It provides excellent resistance to abrasion, scratches, impact, and daily wear, making it ideal for demanding environments such as warehouses, clean rooms, retail spaces, and institutional facilities.
This protective coating is low VOC (<20 g/L) and compliant with strict environmental standards while delivering high-performance floor protection. CrownSeal can be easily applied using a pump sprayer and microfiber mop, covering approximately 500–700 sq. ft. per gallon.
Once cured, it forms a clear gloss protective layer that enhances both the durability and appearance of the floor. Full cure is typically achieved within 7 days, providing long-lasting protection for commercial and industrial flooring systems.
