The Forte Tear Drop Cup Wheel, often called the "wheel of death", uses teardrop-shaped diamond segments arranged around the rim. It is one of the most aggressive cup wheel styles, built to remove material fast.
Like every diamond cup wheel, it mounts on an angle grinder to reach the areas a floor grinder can’t: along walls, around columns and drains, in corners, on steps and at slab edges.
Reach for it when you need to level uneven concrete, take down ridges and trowel marks, or tear through thick coatings and heavy build-up at the edges. Follow with a less aggressive wheel to refine the scratch pattern before coating.
