Helix Solvent Seal 23

Helix Solvent Seal 23 is a premium solvent-based acrylic sealer designed to meet VOC regulations of 100 g/l. It provides a glossy, non-yellowing protective finish, enhancing the appearance of concrete, masonry, and stone surfaces while protecting them from water, dust, stains, and dirt.

This sealer is perfect for use on colored, imprinted concrete, unsealed or stripped concrete, and exposed aggregate surfaces. It enriches the tone of surfaces treated with CSI Integral Color, CSI Color Hardener, and CSI Stampable Overlay, making it an excellent choice for designs requiring enhanced surface character.

For optimal results, apply with a sprayer in temperatures above 75 °F and ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application. Two light coats are recommended, with additional coats possible for increased gloss and durability. Maintain sealed surfaces with regular cleaning to ensure long-lasting protection.
