Jiffy Mixer paddles are made of polished 304 stainless steel and chuck into an electric drill. The maker lists epoxies, resins, paint, stains, pigment colors, mortar, plaster, putty and other viscous materials among the things they handle.
The Small (HS-2) is for 1 to 2 gallon containers, with a 14-3/4" shaft that fits a 1/4" chuck, rated up to 1,200 RPM. The Large (ES) is for 2 to 5 gallon containers, with a 20-1/2" shaft that fits a 3/8" chuck, rated up to 1,000 RPM. Jiffy Mixer says 450 to 750 RPM gives the most thorough mixing. Keep the head fully immersed while it is running, and clean it after use by running it in a compatible solvent or water.
