Laticrete NXT® Level Flow

NXT® Level Flow is a high-flow, cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed to create smooth, level floors for interior installations. It can be pumped or poured and applied from 1/8 inch to 2 inches in a single lift, making it ideal for leveling uneven floor substrates before installing finished flooring. The surface becomes walkable in 3–4 hours, allowing most floor coverings to be installed within 24 hours.

This fire-rated underlayment is UL-certified and can provide up to 2 hours of fire resistance in approved floor-to-ceiling assemblies. It offers fast curing, excellent durability, and strong compatibility with flooring adhesives, making it a reliable alternative to traditional gypsum underlayments.

NXT Level Flow can be used over concrete, gypsum, exterior-grade plywood, and other structurally sound substrates. Once installed, it creates a smooth base ready for hardwood, vinyl, carpet, cork, ceramic tile, natural stone, and other floor coverings. This system delivers the speed, performance, and fire-rated protection needed for professional flooring installations.
