Life Deck 28 Series (Cool Life®) is a 100% acrylic, water-based, heat-reflective pigmented sealer for pool decks, patios and concrete floors.

The Life Specialty Coatings 28 Series, Cool Life® Heat Reflective Color Seal, is a premium, quick-drying, 100% acrylic pigmented sealer for concrete and masonry. It is formulated to reflect infrared rays (IRR), which keeps surfaces cooler, and it seals against water, alkalis, acids, UV light and staining. It dries to a satin sheen.
It can be rolled, brushed or sprayed. Coverage is up to 300 sq ft per gallon on smooth surfaces and 125 to 250 sq ft per gallon on rough surfaces. Allow 6 hours between coats and before light foot traffic, 24 hours for normal foot traffic and 7 days for vehicles. Do not apply below 55°F. Life Specialty Coatings recommends a re-coat every 2 to 5 years, depending on traffic and sun exposure.
