Smith’s Poly-SEAL Waterborne Concrete Sealer
Smith’s Poly-SEAL is a single-component, waterborne polyurethane sealer enhanced with cross-linking acrylic technology for superior adhesion and long-lasting performance. Designed for both interior and exterior use, it delivers excellent durability, UV stability, and resistance to wear without creating a heavy “wet look,” making it ideal for natural decorative finishes.

This versatile sealer can be used as a standalone protective coating or as a primer within a full coating system. It is commonly applied as a traditional decorative concrete sealer, a seal coat for vinyl chip systems, or a primer before applying Smith’s Poly-WB topcoat. It also works effectively on terrazzo, concrete overlays, stucco, pavers, and stained or dyed concrete surfaces.

With its fast drying time, low odor formula, and strong bond to approved substrates, Poly-SEAL offers easy application and reliable performance. Available in semi-gloss and low sheen finishes, it provides flexibility for a wide range of residential and light commercial applications.
