Square Edge Z Counterform for Concrete Countertops
The Square Edge Z Counterform is designed for cast-in-place concrete countertops where a clean, modern flat edge profile is desired. This forming system helps contractors and DIY installers create consistent, professional-looking countertop edges with minimal effort.
How It Works
Install ½" cement board (Durock or HardieBacker) on top of the cabinets and cut it flush with the cabinet edges. Secure the cement board using silicone caulking, then attach the Z Counterform profiles with 5/8" x #10 panhead screws.
After the concrete is poured and cured, the forms are snapped off at the built-in break point to reveal a smooth, clean countertop edge ready for finishing.
For cast-in-place concrete countertops
Full Package - includes eight - 90" profile pieces (60 linear feet) and eight - 90" backwall pieces (60 linear feet).
Half Package - includes four - 90" profile pieces (30 linear feet) and four - 90" backwall pieces (30 linear feet).
