Syntec Diamond Tools makes a wide range of diamond cup wheels for concrete trip hazard removal, general prep, coating and glue removal and concrete polishing. Its Transitional/Ceramic (Shiner) cup wheels have a ceramic bond, which sits between metal bonds and metal-resin bonds.
They are designed to improve the quality of edge work and reduce the scratches and gouging that metal cup wheels leave, and higher grits give a smoother, almost reflective finish. The wheels have a threaded arbor and come in 5" and 7" sizes, in 30 to 3000 grit.
