Flow+ Pro High Range Water Reducer

Flow+ Pro from Concrete Countertop Solutions is a high-efficiency, polycarboxylate-based high-range water reducer, also called a superplasticizer. It increases the workability of concrete without segregation and helps achieve high early compressive strength. It is ideal for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC), and it can also be used in conventional mixes that need a low water-to-cement ratio or a lower viscosity. It is a ready-to-use liquid, about 9.0 lbs per gallon, and it is made for use with GFRZ Pro.

Dosage typically runs 3 to 6 fl oz per 100 lbs of cementitious material, within a general range of 2 to 12 fl oz per 100 lbs. Always test to confirm the right dose; overdosing will make the mix segregate. Mix proportions, cement content, aggregate gradation and conditions on the day all change the dose needed. The data sheet has the dosage chart for GFRZ Pro face coats, backer coats and pourable mixes. A free 20 ml measuring syringe is included.
