GFRZ Pro

Z Counterform GFRZ Pro is a professional-grade, pre-blended GFRC concrete mix designed for casting concrete countertops, furniture, wall panels, and decorative concrete elements. This high-performance mix combines white Portland cement, fine white sands, polymers, shrink reducers, and defoamers to produce strong, smooth, and pinhole-free concrete castings.

Engineered for strength and versatility, GFRZ Pro delivers excellent compressive and flexural strength, allowing professionals to cast pieces as thin as ¾ inch without cracking, curling, or deformation. The mix supports multiple casting techniques, including GFRC spray-up systems and self-consolidating concrete (SCC) precast applications, making it ideal for decorative concrete professionals.

Coverage Guide

• Face Coat: 30–40 sq ft per bag (approx. 39 sq ft at 1/8")
• Backer Coat: 5–6 sq ft per bag (approx. 6.5 sq ft at 3/4")
• SCC Pre-Cast: 4.5–5 sq ft per bag (approx. 4.9 sq ft at 1")
