Mapei PlaniLevel™ 500 is a calcium-aluminate-based, quick-setting, self-drying self-leveling material for resurfacing and building interior horizontal surfaces. Its high compressive strength gives maximum resistance to the wheel tracking and indentation seen in softer underlayments.
Besides use under floor coverings, it is suitable as a commercial wear topping in warehouse and light industrial applications where an exceptionally flat, smooth concrete surface is wanted. Light foot traffic is possible after about 3 hours; keep forklifts and scissor lifts off for at least 48 hours.
All substrates must be primed with the appropriate Mapei primer before application.
