XS-327™ is a two-component, moisture-cure, high-solids hybrid water-based polyurethane for finished concrete. It is a penetrating, UV-stable clear topcoat with minimal color enhancement, and at 64% solids and 25 g/L VOC it balances strength, flexibility, chemical resistance and scratch resistance. It becomes food safe once cured, resists most household chemicals and culinary items, and is heat resistant to 300°F (149°C). It can also be touched up or repaired.
Mix 3 parts A to 2 parts B mechanically for 3 minutes and let it stand for 10 minutes, then dilute with water (a 7:1 prime coat, then 2:1 for the following coats). Pot life is 30 minutes and coverage is about 100 sq ft per quart of catalyzed, diluted product. Recoat once dry to the touch; after 12 hours, sand before recoating. Light use after 24 hours, full cure in 7 days. Apply at 60 to 90°F; never spray or atomize. The matte version uses no matting agent, for an even matte finish.
