SurfKoat WB Urethane (6000 Gloss / 6050 Satin / 6100 Matte)

The SurfKoat Polyrez® WB Urethanes are two-component, water-based aliphatic polyurethanes with excellent hardness, abrasion resistance, hot tire resistance and chemical resistance. They are low VOC and low odor, which makes them a good fit for interior work, and the dried coating is USDA accepted. They meet OTC, CARB, LADCO and SCAQMD VOC rules.

The three finishes are separate products with their own mix ratios and cure times:

• 6000 WB Gloss: 40% solids, mixed 4 parts A to 1 part B, foot traffic in 16 to 20 hours, re-coat window 6 to 12 hours. Can be tinted with Kolour Koat Urapack-WB.
• 6050 WB Satin: 50% solids, mixed 2:1, foot traffic in 24 to 28 hours, re-coat window 10 to 16 hours.
• 6100 WB Matte: 56% solids, mixed 2:1, foot traffic in 16 to 20 hours, re-coat window 10 to 14 hours. Clear topcoat only (tinting not recommended).

All three have a 45-minute pot life and cover 200 to 300 sq ft per gallon direct to concrete, or 250 to 350 sq ft per gallon over an existing coating. Apply between 50 and 80°F on concrete prepared to CSP-2 to CSP-3. Do not thin, and do not use on brick. Allow 7 to 14 days for full abrasion and chemical resistance.
