SurfKoat Surface Aid

SurfKoat Surface Aid is a high-performance blend of aromatic and ketone solvents and surfactants. It restores heavily coated, solvent-based acrylic concrete sealers that have started to soften, fade, peel, crack, delaminate or deteriorate, and it clears up white spots or blushing caused by moisture.

Surface Aid re-melts the existing sealer and helps restore its original look without adding more acrylic, which is often a better fix than stripping. Apply heavily with a 3/8" to 1/2" nap roller in slow, even strokes, or spray with an acetone-resistant sprayer. Coverage is 100 to 200 sq ft per gallon per coat; a second coat can go on after 4 to 6 hours. Allow 24 hours before light traffic and 48 hours before heavy traffic. Test a small area first.
