Premera Quick Seal

Premera Quick Seal is a single-component, spray-down, fast-drying acrylic sealer designed to seal the pores and capillaries of a substrate before Premera T2 MCM is applied. Sealing new or ground concrete with Quick Seal doubles or triples the coverage of T2 MCM, and Quick Seal topcoated with T2 MCM gives a high-performance, chemical- and abrasion-resistant floor.

It penetrates the surface, deepens the natural color of the substrate and repels moisture, stains and mold from within. For a single-step stain and seal, 1 to 2 oz of Ameripolish acetone-based SureLock dye can be added per gallon. Coverage is 150 to 300 sq ft per gallon. It is not for use over silicone or modified polymer grout.
